Gathering All New Thought Delegates at Parliament of Religions 2018

Many of us are heading to the Parliament of the World's Religions (PWR) 2018 in Toronto, November 1 –7. The Association for Global New Thought is, once again, organizing our New Thought Delegation for the 2018 PWR event. AGNT has organized the participation of New Thought leadership and delegates as a unified community at Parliaments in 1999 (Capetown), 2004 (Barcelona), 2009 (Melbourne), and 2015 (Salt Lake City). Showing up each time with excellence, we were at last added to the official list of World Religious Traditions (New Thought) in 2015!!

In Toronto, we will have access to space where New Thought delegates can gather to share with one another and with Parliament attendees from other traditions. Some possibilities for this gathering space are to:

• Meet each other from Unity, CSL, Agape, ANTN, and UFBL organizations
• Learn from New Thought and other faith leaders about our relationship with other world religions
• Create programs, meditations, and musical offerings
• Navigate the program week
• Check-in; process thoughts and experiences; welcome open dialogue
• Assign volunteers roles
• Prayerfully decide together how we wanted to represent New Thought to the new multi-cultural friends we were about to make at the Parliament event.
